Home Support Assessment

Our Home Support Assessment is an introductory visit to help us understand your needs, preferences, and the type of support you may require.

During this visit, a member of our team will meet with you (and a family member or carer if you wish) to discuss what’s important to you, the kind of help you’re looking for, and how our services can best fit your day-to-day life.

Please note: we do not provide personal care services. This assessment is focused on practical, non-personal support such as household help, errands, companionship, and light maintenance.

The assessment fee covers our time to visit you, carry out the discussion, and develop a personalised support plan.
